In My Mother's Shoes
An animated shorts about the relationship between a mother and a child, inspired by personal experience. The two main characters (a mother and a child) constantly miscommunicate through different perspectives and interpretations. One eventually stops the communication and they become distant. At the end, one realizes that the only way to mend and strengthen this family relationship is to put oneself in the other's shoes. Through the project, I took an opportunity to explore different abstract and metaphoric visual imagery and learn After Effects as tool for motion design and storytelling.
